Albert Ho, a 70-year-old solicitor, ex legislator and ex Vice-Chairman of HKAlliance, was denied bail over the national security law case today by designated national security judge Peter Law, he also refused to lift bail reporting restrictions. Ho has already been imprisoned since May 2021 on remand and serving his sentence for several 'unlawful assembly' cases.
